ADMINISTRATION
Raksha Retreat is one of the most well administered society in this region.
Society has the following staff to run the administration in a fool proof manner:
JCO Incharge – 1
Site Supervisor – 1
Electrician - 1 ( On retainership)
Cleaner cum Gardner - 1
Sec. Supervisors - 2
Sec. Guards - 4
JCO Incharge is the overall incharge who keeps control of all the staff. He keeps liaison with all Govt bodies for various tasks of the residents. Sub Tara is an experienced officer from Kumaon Regiment and is with the society for nearly 3 years.
Site Supervisor Mr Mahinder Kanwal who lives right next to the society looks after all water related arrangement and is also works as a Man Friday.
Electrician Govind is retained by the society, he attends to all electricity related issues for common areas and for individual cottages
Cleaner cum Gardner – He collects garbage from each cottage and dumps it in the bin and further waters the plants of all common areas
